Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in a superior room which was a good size with a king-size bed and sofa. Bathroom had a shower over a bath. Shampoo/shower gel, hand soap and body lotion are provided. Breakfast was included and provided a decent selection and great cappuccino from the really friendly waitress. In fact, all the staff were friendly and very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean, warm and quiet; providing good sleep quality on a very comfortable firm mattress. I have deducted one star for the following small niggles: there was no kettle provided on the first night and when it was no milk was included (we bought some from a shop two minutes away), we had to ask for the tea and coffee to be replenished and the following day these were removed! The pan of scrambled eggs in the breakfast room was usually cold. The room was also rather stark and a few cushions, a couple of pictures and maybe a rug would make it much more welcoming. It was raining heavily during our stay and there were no hooks to hang our wet coats. Apart from these minor issues it is a decent hotel in a good location to walk to the sights and I would stay there again.

Terrible hotel!!!! You can't imagine anything worse! My tourists arrived at night and at 4 am they were at the hotel, they offered 130 € for check-in, my tourist asked to just wait in the hotel lobby until check-in time, for which they were not allowed to be there! They confronted me with the fact that my tourist would pay them this money! Not only are they heartless, but they also called my tourist’s daughter a boy! complete boors!

Front Desk was very helpful and friendly, the room had everything we needed, breakfast was great, and location was perfect! Hotel is within a 3 min walk to the local above ground tram stop, all the Milano Centrale attractions are within a few mins ride. This area is also very walkable to attractions, restaurants, and the Metro station.

This hotel was excellent! My family and I stayed there for three nights. There was great air conditioning, daily housekeeping, and a good breakfast buffet. The rooms were a good size as well. However, the accessible bathroom/roll-in shower bench was quite small. The staff were friendly and requested taxis for us when we needed them (taxis are a lot cheaper than Uber here).

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s rated as a 3 star but it’s extremely basic. Certain members of reception team didn’t have a particular good attitude in check in and the breakfast was beyond basic, also nobody taking control of the breakfast area. One tiny small tray of scrambled egg for the whole room??? The hotel is overcharging for what you receive, very poor and wouldn’t recommend. Also the reception control the air con and we had to move on the first evening as the room was unbearably warm

Clean hotel. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Spoke Italian and good English. The Asian staff at the reception area were extra helpful. Breakfast was ok with complimentary bottles of water daily ( some hotels don’t provide this, especially in Venice). Check in was fast and convenient; check out time at 12 nn but they allowed us to do late check out and stored our luggages while we went around city center. Will stay here again next time I am back in Milan.

+ Everything was good. Good location and nice breakfast. Room had the kettle with coffe and tea, complimentary water, grissini snack, slippers and bathrobe. Good airconditioning and heating system. - The only drawback is the bad isolation because we could hear other people (couple) arguing which was unpleasant… also, room could be renovated, a bit old styled, and the internet could be better also :)
