we found this hotel by chance - we booked a room 2 days before going to Southern France. Website looked OK. We had an excellent weeks stay at the Cara-Sol, John is a fantastic host and he and his staff do everything possible to make your stay special. My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Cara Sol in Elne for 2 nights this past July. The hotel is situated high up in Elne, with magnificant views of the Pyrennees.
