A great hotel with superb beach but..........not many tourists! Not surprising perhaps, given the situation in Sri Lanka. All the time Natinal Governments warn people about travelling to Trinco then this will be the case. It is possible to travel there safely without too much hassle - go and enjoy! Trinco needs tourists! I will be staying again in October... more

This is a beach hotel, but calling it a resort or club is a stretch. The rooms are fairly spartan: two single beds, a bar of soap in the bathroom and that's about it. There is A/C in addition to an overhead fan, a TV set which gets a few snowy channels and an enclosed glass shower in the bathroom.... more

We stayed in this wonderful hotel in december 2005, yes we were there during the Tsunami, we had a beach room, fortunately on the 1st floor.
