We stayed for 2 nights in early September. The staff as very friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than average, our room was huge as was the bathroom (it all could have easily been made into 2 rooms). We recently spent 3 nights in Piedmont using this hotel as our base. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of good tips on good restaurants and wineries in the area.
