We stayed from 27th Dec & still here while writing this review, leaving 10th Jan. Temp during day hitting mid 30s & no sign of rain but chilly in the evenings at just 20c. Would definately recommend pre booking taxi before you come via travel agent as we saved compared to those who just flagged taxi at airport. It is... more

This was our third trip to the Hotel Costa Los Gigantes. A management buyout took place while we were there. They immediatley stoped ball games and inflatables in the pool. Arrived at the hotel at 3am on Christmas morning after a much delayed flight. The 'poor soul' on reception duty was very helpful in quickly booking me in.
