I was troubled by previous reveiw after my stay at the end of September. Thay must have taken points on board. I spoke to the duty manager who said they had had housekeeping problems and now had a new team. These results were noticable, the entrance was clear and rooms spot on. Aggy and Kim would have a field day at this place. Put off as soon as I arrived the entrance porch was filthy. The bedroom we were allocated was damp and disgusting as was the en-suite. Complained -they moved us rooms which wasnt much better. Breakfast - looked like it had been cooked and left warming from the night before.... more
