We got a great deal for a two week stay at the Flamingo Beach hotel. The grounds are beautiful and it has one of the nicest and certainly the biggest pool I've ever swam in. Salt water showers, partial electricity with the air con turned off during the day, very little entertainment and although the staff were trying to look motivated they quite clearly were not. Hardly surprising given that they had seen little or no wages for months! Still they tried hard to please particularly bar and pool staff. Management were the most miserable... more
