Inasmuch as there remains a dispute between myself, Expedia and management at Sofitel (and let's say that this is a separate issue), my expectations were not met - compared to my other Sofitel experiences. Amazing hotel. Rooms are spotless and our part of this big hotel had an indoor garden. Restaurants expensive but good, varied choice. Beach great. Couples only ,hurrah!! and Family sides to the beach. Nowhere to walk to. The road outside was under repair so the hire car took a bit of battering.
