This is the place to be on Sunday afternoons. Your hotel usually has a taxi/van that will take you to and back from Shirley heights. Just to give you an estimate: we had a party of 9 and were staying at the Jolly Beach resort. It was $22 pp round trip. Yes, it was kinda steep but worth it! Get... more

Absolutely beautiful a real treat. I had read about Nelson's Dockyard but was not prepared for how lovely it really is. Nice tour guide gave us a brief overview. The Nelson museum was interesting. The restaurants/ sights/ shops etc were all top quality. The amazing and beautiful yachts moored in the harbour are worth the visit alone. You must not... more
