dont try this in flip flops with your purse. you need real shoes and a backpack. Dont leave anything in your car anywhere on Bonaire. more

RENT A TRUCK!!! preferably a 4x4. ok, to be fair, we were there over Thanksgiving, and it was rainy season, so half the park was closed. That having been said, the roads are not roads. they are dirt paths with LOTS of VERY LARGE rocks and puddles (rainy season) and what we in chicago would call potholes, only bigger. You... more

The Park is over priced and be sure the gas tank is full. The trip by truck is comparable to driving up and down a snow ski trail of pot holes. It is hot and full of the same catcus that covers the island. By the time you get through a 3 hr drive, and that is the short trip... more

This park is a poor excuse for a National Park. Sorry, but the Bonairians would know a National Park if it bit them in the backside.
