we arrived at the hotel and were greeted with complimentary cocktails. we went for a standard room but luckily got upgraded to a diamond room. the bedroom was huge and very clean with a different towel animal left for us each morning by the cleaner. our favourite being the towel bunny. the resort was huge but immaculate. the shuttle bus... more

We have visited both excellence resorts in Mexico, so our expectations were high. Having read the reviews on Punta Cana we did not expect too much. But the hotel was not the same standard as the ones in Mexico. Our room was in block 14, which was the last block and we had a long walk to the main buildings.... more

From Check in to check out, this place was fantastic. We checked in after a long drive from the airport with some champagne and a wash cloth to refresh. Everything else was taken care of after that.
