As it was our honeymoon we were really disappointed for various reasons which we will list below: Food - This was definately the biggest let down for us as it was all the same food everyday. Both my husband and I got really bad food poisioning from one of the three restaurants within the hotel which happened at the beginning... more

Upon arrival at LRM airport the passports were being mixed up...there needs to be more order as the airport is extremely disorganized. Our friend's passport got switched with a fellow Quebecer at a resort in Catalonia. The resort itself is very nice and definitely clean however the beach is man made therefore the ocean is very murky (year long) regardless... more

The bathroom was crawling with ants and there were 2 misquitoes. I swatted a misquito on the ceiling with a newspaper twice. The guy upstairs went into a rant - banging on the floor, ringing the phone, and pounding on the door for over an hour. I complained to the staff and they wouldn't do anything - not even talk... more
