I was on business in St Croix and this was my first stay on the Island and at this Resort. As mentioned by others, the staff are very friendly and helpful. No problem with check in, I stayed in the main building, which looks down on the water and Christenstad. Buildings down near the beach and water, require a walk... more

We saw the pictures on line and found them to be true to life. There is construction going on but the upgrades are looking great. Damon at the bar is a treasure. Totally understands customer service. willing to think out of the box to please the customer. All the staff went out of their way to please. The cheese burgers... more

We had a wonderful week at the Palms-very nice and helpful staff-verrry laid back-just the way we like it-if want crowds and lots of planned activities, this island retreat is not for you-Chuck and his staff will point out many island ammenities to check out-If you want a relaxing kick back vacation, this place is for you-PS the food here... more
