Location was good. It was okay to stay safely, but over priced for such cheap (simple?) room facility and poor management. We requested a oil heater to warm up chilly morning in San Cristobal, but it was never ever deliverd. Also, we felt difficulty to communicate with the front desk in English. This is a nice hostel off a small street a few hundred meters from the central areas - its just a door off the street and you enter into the hostel which encircles a large internal countyard with grass, trees and plants, fire pit, a few hammocks. All the rooms and bathrooms lead off this area. Its full of character.... more
