Just got back from the Royal Sands in Cancun. Overall had a good time. Check-i was horrible! Got there at 11AM...early yes...buit there were at lest 100 other people all sitting in the lobby area waiting to try to get checked in early too. The Hotel is OK overall with great emphasis on customer service. It is a good resort for kids, offering a kid's club with activities throughout the day, with kids foods and more.
