We stayed in the Suite Virrey. It's the master suite facing the plaza. The unit has a terrace that is absolutely amazing. Complete with a sitting area, and dining table. Just a couple of drawbacks. 1. The space is open air and not practical to use after 5 since it get's so cold and there is no exterior space heater.... more

I ordered a cup of tea and the waiter dumped the loose tea in a cup without straining it. Asked for napkins and sweetner three times, he was more interested in laughing and making jokes.
