Some of the rooms have no temperature control. It could be very hot or very cold. The executive room on the third floor is a long painful walk without an elevator. The fountains are so noisy that you cannot sleep before they are shut off after 10:00pm. All rooms do not have enough lighting. The rooms have outside windows helped... more
