Nha Trang.. you'd think "Pho, lemongrass chicken, Viet subs", but you'd be wrong. It's indeed owned and staffed by Vietnamese people, but it's mostly Japanese food... pretty good Japanese food! The owners of Nha Trang arrived in Canada in the 1980s as refugees from war-torn Vietnam. They have been offering wonderful Vietnamese fare in our small community ever since.
