Lobby and grounds attractive. Good location for strolling Robson Street. Staff friendly and helpful. General condition of the room was a disappointment, though, and we found the beds quite uncomfortable. Parking is steep with no lower charge alternatives. I don't mind paying a little more for the convenience of a hotel restaurant but it was definitely overpriced for an average... more

This hotel was a great lower cost option for staying in Downtown Vancouver. It is located in walking distance or a short cab ride to most places within downtown. The free breakfast was a plus and quite good, especially the waffles that you could make on your own. The rooms were small, but newly renovated, including a flat screen TV.... more
