I stayed at this location for business and was completely disgusted. The carpet had hairs and crumbs on it; walking in the hallway I passed dirty cutlery that had been shoved into the corner; the sheets did not fit the mattress - the mattress was half exposed and the bottom mattress was completely bare. Room 1826 really nice, big pillows nice duvet really cozy and comfortable room. Chocolate and water bottle in room plus weather forecast for the day. My favorite: free dial up internet in room. I really like this hotel plus the gym and the pool are amazing. There's also a nice pub and a convenient store on the main floor. more
