Having read some pretty mixed reviews, we set out tentatively for an evening meal at Portobello's. Aqua Restaurant & Bar

There are some very nice restaurants in St. John's, but Aqua is my favorite. The chef is very imaginative with his use of spices and the presentations are always lovely. Who knew a caribou burger could be SO good? Last night I had the black bean chili made with chirizo sausage. OMG! Yummy! :-) more
Blue Water Cabins

My wife, my 3 children and I all stayed at Blue Water Cabins this pass summer for 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. I personally tought the cabins were great for the price. A friend of my wife suggested we try it. We would stay there again. Not sure why this other customer would give such a bad review. Anyway,... more
