We stayed in the courtyard and I would suggest that if you are travelling without children, DO NOT STAY IN THE COURTYARD as it seems that all families are put in that area. With that said, the courtyard worked for us because we had two little ones. They have movie night at 8pm where all the kids gather to watch... more

Kind of confused by the comments I read by the negative reviewers! At no time was there any indication of bad service! In fact we were offered a free upgrade because the hotel had seasonal vacancies!
