Hotel has excellent location. easy to walk to Eaton Center and entertainment locations. Rooms are normally sized but a little outdated and would need some new furniture’s. We stayed a week. Room (1602) was not deeply cleaned on arrival but after leaving some change each day we did get excellent cleaning service. Windows open by a small gap. Noisy air-condition.... more

The location of the King Edward is at the outer east end of the Theater District and Financial District. I think it is outside these areas.
