We loved Maison du Fort. The Innkeeper, Marianne, was so friendly and helpful. Everything she suggested was an excellent choice. The hotel is only a block from restaurants and shops but on a very quiet side street. The room was charming and the continental breakfast very tasty with homemade breads, and coffee/tea/juice. This should have been a good experience, but they blew it. The wait staff was entirely absent during the meal. Not just for us but also for other diners. They got the order wrong.
