“Don't stay there- bed bugs”

The hotel initially wasn't bad. The room was small and the bathroom ridiculously tiny but I didn't mind for the price, especially since they don't charge for parking which is rare in Richmond. I was pleased with the hotel until later in the day, after checking out, I started noticing a bunch of bug bites that looked like mosquito bites.... more

Keep in mind it is a Days Inn but you will not find a property that try's harder to make people happy. Check-in/out is efficient, breakfast is basic but fresh, property is clean and well maintained. I have stayed in fancier hotels but I don't remember being treated this well. more

Spent 1 night here after flying from UK. Hotel is quite a way from the Airport but has a regular shuttle service. Standard airport hotel with clear reasonable rooms, as a Hilton Gold Member receive upgrade to executive room with seperate sitting area. Continental breakfast complimentary due to Gold Status was OK. Bar area is small but barman was friendly... more
