We stayed at the Sidney Pier Hotel for several nights in July 2008. It is a new hotel with very nice accomodations. Only 20 minutes away from Victoria by car, yet you have a much more laid back experience here. An excellent value compared to Victoria. And there is a bakery to die for one-half block away where breakfast goodies... more
Always count on good food. The theme is WWII planes, photos, and memorabilia - well worth seeing. more
