Hotel claim to offer room service food menu. When asked they do not like this due to food regulations!!! What a very poor reason. Will never stop their again> more

We spent our 5th Christmas here and that gives an idea of how lovely it is for Christmas. The hotel is tastefully decorated and cheerful. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Dining room sparkles with glass and shiny cutlery. Most of the food is of a high quality and beautifully served.... more
