Stayed with parking hotel was superb, taxi service was first class we where six hours late in, taxi came in less than 5 min, we have been in quite a few hotels around Manchester this was the best, food was well worth the money. Brian Birdsall more

If I could give this hotel a minus for service & value it would be -1000. My wife and our friends stayed in this hotel for 1 night after a race meeting at chester races, and have been returning customers for a number of years. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bed was comfortable. The rooms were unclean, noisy and lacked ambiance. The restaurant had a limited evening menu and breakfast took too long if there were more than 10 guests eating at once. There is NO parking, so guests are pointed towards a mulit-story car park... more
