Arrived at Rivercroft to a very smelly (ecence of wet dog) deserted bar/resturante/reception area. Rang the bell, a women came out of a room at the other end of the halway, gave us our key to no. 11 and went back into the room. Have just returned from spending the New Year at the Fieldhead Hotel which thanks to Julian, Gill, Phil, Alan and the whole team it was a wonderful few days. This lovely B&B is tucked away high above the town with fantastic views over the estuary and town below.
