What a lovely Bed and Breakast and a base to explore Cornwall. Richard and Louise made us so welcome on our arrival and the hospitality didnt stop there, a truly sincere couple full of helpfull advice on our stay in Penzance.Weather wasnt brilliant but this didnt seem to bother us too much as the accomodation was truly splendid and more... more

Our party of seven stayed for one night to visit the Mousehole Christmas lights and celebrate a family birthday. All 4 rooms were very nicely appointed and the ones with a little terrace would be super in warmer weather! Clean, modern, friendly. Great food, great views, great shower, great ambience. Modern and slick. Downside? Price of a pint, newspaper delivered too late in the day, tight car park. Outdoor pool open only in season. Breakfast a bit too formal for my liking and not available before 0730. If I'm back again in Penzance this is where I'll stay. more
