Arrived on a snowy and icy winter's evening and found the staff refreshingly friendly and very helpful which, to me, makes all the difference. Room excellent, with great decor and quality. Good bar and restaurant. Great location. Okay, near a road, but get over it! Miles ahead of other hotel chains. Would definitely stay again. Good value as well. more
