Recently ate here, not the cheapest but certainly the finest locally, excellent selection of fresh and local ingreidents combined to perfection, good portion sizes which don't skimp. The restaurant is on different levels and in a lovely setting, we were swiftly seated even without a booking. Only niggle was the fresh bread provided of which there was two different flavours... more

We recently had a short 2 day break, for my birthday, at the Riverside. We couldn't have selected a nicer place. David & Brenda were perfect hosts. Cosy, clean rooms throughout and excellent breakfasts. I hope we can Get Back there next year maybe, for a slightly longer stay. Maybe then I can chat more to David about his love... more

We visited the weekend of the floods. It was tempting to cancel however i'm so glad we didn't. This has to be one of the cleanest and most comfortable B&B's I have ever stayed in.
