Checked in at 12:05pm and this process was very quick, very easy and two hours before we could check in! the reception staff asked about a morning paper and explained about breakfast times and asked if I wanted to open an account on my room, this was an excellent start to our 3 day mini break in London. I gave this hotel "5"s on everything. We stayed three nights and each one was pleasant. The staff went far and beyond what was expected. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The room smelled like smelly mens feet and everything about the room was dirty and grotty.At night the room was freezing cold and the spare blankets smelled so bad I resorted to sleeping in my clothes.. scarf and hat included.
