We've stayed at this hotel twice previously and love its location and ambience but complained about slow service before. My mother-in-law booked the hotel for a family meal and we chose to stay for the night. Lovely room, though only two sets of towels, ditto cups, left for a 3-bed room. Not all but most of the food was overpriced... more

Good pub atmopshere with a great selection of local beers and global whiskies. Always go there when I am back from University and never really disppointed - but on the other hand it no longer thrills as it used to. There again - maybe I am getting older. more

We have been to this wood-beam restaurant several times. Lunch is especially good as it's full, but not over-busy.
