Not a good experience, service was poor and the food was terrible. Breakfast was tasteless and mostly overcooked and cold. The "fresh" orange juice, out of a machine, tasted as though it had been diluted. My room was clean but meanly furnished with cheap and tacky items. The towels were hard and small. We did not stay overnight as we live in the Stoke on Trent area, but we went for one of their Christmas nights. It cost us £30 a head. if you want lots of extras then don't stay here but if you want a clean cheap hotel with friendly helpful staff then this can not be bettered and is my favourite place to stay when in Stoke on trent. more
