I believe Prezzo is actually a chain and although I haven't eaten in any other of their restaurants, this one is lovely. We have eaten here a few times and the food has been consistently good and the service wonderful. They were very busy the second time but the atmosphere was still relaxed and inviting. more

I booked into the Garrads for Bank Holiday and had a great time both in Newmarket and at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming, the breakfast is excellant and the room was clean and well presented. I'll definitely book a return trip when I go up for the racing. Happy days. more

We went to the Guinese horse racing meeting at Newmarket and stayed at Garrads. Got the information off of Newmarket Racecourses web site and thought we'd chance it? We had lunch, the place was empty it took ages for the food to come, and we only ordered, sandwiches and chips. Ants were running on the table, in the conservatory.
