“Disappointing and check your bill carefully on departure”

This is the third year that I've stayed in hotel on a business trip with colleagues and this is the second year that several of us discovered additional unknown items charged to our room bills on departure e.g bar meals, drinks and bottled water from bedroom. Radisson Blu as it is now called, the SAS part of the brand has gone. This building is striking to look at from the outside. Tall and thin. I was on the 16th floor which is 2 from the top and the views are amazing - well of Birmingham in the grey weather which is not too great, but better... more

We spend 2 nights at the Novotel Birmingham Airport and we were wery impressed with the quality of this hotel. Everything was perfect from the check-in to the check-out. Well done to all the staff, reception, restaurant, bar, house keeping. The room was clean the food was good. Once again well done. more
