I stayed at the City Inn in Leeds with five friends in November 09. We paid £69 for a double/twin room. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in many, many hotels from 2 star right through to 5 star. The Novotel, whilst not being as plush as a 5 star is still a very, very good hotel. Clean rooms, very helpful receptionists, very friendly bar & restaurant staff. I really couldn't fault it, if you are staying there make sure you purchase the breakfast... more
