We stayed for one night. The staff were friendly, attentive and well organised. We had an early evening meal in the bar. The menu had a good choice, the food was well cooked and provided promptly. We asked for directions to Colwall. These were given correctly. We had a key to the room and a key to the front door.... more

We needed a hotel for a couple of nights as we were running a course locally. We were delighted with this hotel, wonderful location, really good, modern, contemporary rooms, , excellent restaurant, frendly bar and helpful staff. Been back again after 18 months , standard of food is still excellent . I like the atmosphere , the hotel/restaurant is in one of the old mansions which were built in Malvern's heyday in the last century., and it has retained its atmosphere as a family home.
