I had always given the standard motel type B&B option that the Golden Lion appeared to provide a miss on previous visits to this specialpart of Pembrokeshire. What a mistake. This was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent value and accommodation of a much higher standard than we'd expected. Very comfortable, nicely decorated room; good bathroom; fantastic views both from the room and from the outside seating. Breakfast good for the money. more

Our first time to South Wales and it was a very enjoyable experience. The accomodation was excellent. We only saw a small part of the area and will return in the future. A car is needed to get full benefit from the holiday. more
