I am from Belfast and recently took my Canadian friend on their tour. It was so disappointing. Firstly we left 15 minutes late. There were many seats on the bus that were broken but people had to sit on them anyway. Then the microphone broke and we stopped for a further 15 minutes while the guide tried to fix it.... more
