Just had a weekend break break in this beautiful part of Scotland. All the staff were the friendliest I have come across. The service and food in the restaurant were both very good. The food is to die for, and the views and location superb. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Attitude by the manager/owner? makes you feel on edge and unwelcome. Rooms need serious updating and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, that I just couldn't sleep. Cleaning needs to be a bit more vigorous (dusty and bits left on carpet.... more

I stayed in the hotel for a few nights a couple of weeks ago with my family, it had been recommeded by friends, who had been impressed with the service and standard of the hotel, we also enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others, and look forward to a visit again next year! more
