Just come back from a super wedding at the Balbirnie House, beautiful location and overall the wedding was great but front desk service was pretty awful at check-in. I was made to feel uncomfortable and like a second class citizen when my room was not ready. My room was okay, clean but pretty shabby and in need of a makeover.... more

A beautifully set hotel makes you feel you're in the middle of nowhere. A stately appearance inside and out, our room was also well positioned tp look over the gardens.
