We only had 1 night planned in Pitlochry, but after being greeted at Craigroyston House, I could have been comfortable there for much longer. After reading reviews on this site my wife and I decided to spend a Saturday here. Things started fairly well - the staff were polite and the hotel tidy. It went downhill from there however. There were only two waiting staff and the hotel was really busy. We were booked for dinner at 7.00 but didn't get seated until nearer... more
