Stayed here on 6th September for a wedding. On arrival no reception staff, bell didn't work, no-one around. Went away and came back an hour later. Still no reception staff. Found a MOS in bar. He couldn't find our room on block booking even though we were the only one still to check in? Another woman came and she found... more
