Stayed here due to it's location to Shannon airport... close but not too close. Turned our to be on a busy road next to a car dealership... nice start. Our room was about down 3 steps, down a hall, through fire doors, up stairs, more fire doors, 3 more steps and 2 more sets of fire doors... Not so easy... more

Temple Gate Hotel

Our third time at the Temple Gate in Ennis. This one was unplanned. Flooding made the cottage we rented inaccessible, spent some time at the Temple Gate instead. The staff made this stay great. They really went out of their way to be helpful, without being asked. Searching info, and making calls to find places and events as well as... more

Can't recommend this more highly, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel, due to a small electrical fault in our fist room. Wonderful staff, service and great atmosphere in the adjoining pubs. We will return again..... Thx more
