We stayed here on a cold and stormy night in late November. The house is on the south side of the city, about twenty minutes walk from the quays and centre just a few minutes across the road from the sadly defunct Waterford Crystal factory. “Nice hotel, let down by some basics”

This is a very nice and well appointed hotel, however it lets itself down on a number of points. Firstly, for those who travelled there by car, parking is in a public car park across the road from the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel only pays for the hours between 17:00 and 11:00.
