Great choice and starter and main pretty good. Left with no drinks and service superficial. Dessert a disappointment, other diners offered cream/custard to accompany, nothing for us and tart appeared and tasted as though it had been microwaved; soggy pastry horrid (taken away by server who didn't query why uneaten). Travelled up with wife,teenager & a 2 year old as we were celebrating a family birthday party. Room had enough space for all of us.Pull out bed was comfortable.Breakfast could of been better then again you get what you paid for.Would stay again. more

For the price the offer was good enough. Clean and functional rooms (no windows apart from a skylight and another high-level one. Otherwise comfortable bed, reasonable bathroom, good shower. Breakfast was there; no quality but equally nothing to complain about. Staff very helpful and friendly more
