Would never stay here again. Room dirty and smelly. Staff generally rude and unhelpful, particularly the barmaid who obviously did not understand her role. The hotel staff were very friendly. The bar manager was ignorant and couldn't even look at you never mind acknowledge you. I got the feeling he wanted to shut the bar early and I was right. Bar food was nothing to write home about. Extremely tough and chewy steak. The whole place needed a good scrub out. Tattered carpets everywhere.... more
