We had Friday lunch there in November - good starters then 'posh' fish and chips. We ate downstairs in the Bistro. The food was excellent and the service and atmosphere first class. With (non-alcoholic) drinks the bill came to just under £35 for two - not cheap but a good enough standard to justify it this close to the city... more

the worst restaurant i have ever been to. We had the buffet option for £12 and it wasnt worth it at all. It took ages for the food to arrive, we were in the restaurant for 4 hours. It took one hour for the dessert to arrive, which consisted of some icecream on a plate which we had to help... more
